The Frame Rack

The ONLY Rack frame staightening service in the Northeast United States

Our motorcycle frame straightening system is designed to straighten and service motorcycles. It features two electric over hydraulic towers that can slide around the rack, each providing ten tons of pulling capability to pull from any direction. The system uses a universal mounting system with a variety of brackets.  When used with our Laser Measuring System, The Frame Rack can straighten any motorcycle frame, except those with cast aluminum tubes.

Key features of The Rack

  • Pulling Power: It includes two electric over hydraulic towers that can slide around the rack, each providing ten tons of pulling capability to pull from any direction.

  • Tooling and Mounting: It comes with a tool board/bench for a universal mounting system and a variety of brackets, allowing it to hold any motorcycle steady for frame repairs.

  • Frame Straightening: When used with the Straight Shooter Live Laser Measuring System, it can straighten any motorcycle frame (except for those with cast aluminum tube frames, which cannot be pulled).

  • Loading: Loading is made easy with a two-piece aluminum ramp and a dolly and winch system for severely damaged motorcycles that cannot be ridden up the ramp.

  • Pull Clamps: A variety of pull clamps, brackets, and straps are available to hold and pull the frame back to factory specifications.

  • Service Capability: The Rack can also be used as a service rack, featuring a rear drop panel that slides out to allow a technician to remove the rear wheel.
